Patient Satisfaction
At Southeast Health each staff member is committed to providing high quality care with warmth, compassion and personal attention. All of our employees share a commitment to patient satisfaction and providing exceptional care. As an organization we are focused on the continuous monitoring and improvement of the experiences our patients have while in our care. One of the ways we benchmark our performance is by participating in Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). It is a national survey that asks patients about their experiences during their recent hospital stay. Use the results shown here to compare Southeast Health based on 10 important hospital quality topics.
