Kimberly S. Balay, MD

Kimberly S. Balay, MD, is a neonatologist with Envision Physician Services. She is a member of the medical staff at Southeast Health Medical Center and provides hospital-based care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit located in the Women’s Center.

Dr. Balay, board certified in Pediatrics and Critical Care, completed his medical education at Baylor College of Medicine. Her residency was done at Baylor College of Medicine.
