Joshua S. Bentley, DO, is board certified in Surgery and Neurosurgery. Dr. Bentley is a part of Southeast Health Neurosciences. He completed a fellowship in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery from the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Bentley received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in community health from Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. He also completed studies in neurosciences with minors in chemistry, psychology and gerontology at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his medical degree from A. T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, Mesa, Arizona. He completed his surgical internship at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center at Midwestern University and neurological surgery residency at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center at A.T. Still University, both are in Normal, Illinois.

Preparing for your appointment

To ensure all patients receive a thorough evaluation and the best care in a timely manner, we kindly request that you bring the following on the day of your appointment:

  • Insurance ID cards
  • Identification card, driver’s license or government ID
  • Co-payment or pre-payment
  • X-rays, MRI images, and other diagnostic imaging films or discs
  • Medication list (please be sure to include the dosage and instructions)

We kindly ask that new patients arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time and that established patients arrive 15 minutes prior.
