Jennifer Fleming, CRNP, MSN

Jennifer Fleming, CRNP, MSN, is a nurse practitioner with Southeast Health Neurosciences. Prior to joining Southeast Health, Jennifer practiced at Eufaula Family Practice and Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula. In addition, she also serves as an adjunct nursing professor at Troy University via online curriculum.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in Troy. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing Informatics and her certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Troy University in Troy. Jennifer is a certified nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In collaboration with the physicians at Southeast Health Neurosciences, Jennifer works to help patients prevent and treat a wide range of diseases/disorders of the brain, spinal cord and spinal column, and peripheral nerves. In her role, she strives to help patients live their healthiest lives.

She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.
