Eduardo M. Martinez, MD, is a vascular surgeon with the Southeast Health Cardiovascular Institute. He is a member of the medical staff at Southeast Health Medical Center.

Dr. Martinez is board certified in vascular surgery. He completed his medical education at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He did his residency training in general surgery graduating from Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He then completed his fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery at The Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix. He trained in the early pioneering days of endovascular surgery and has maintained an active interest in advanced endovascular techniques.
