Carlton Baldwin, CRNP

Carlton Baldwin, CRNP, FNP. Carlton is a nurse practitioner at Southeast Health Westgate Clinic. Carlton joined Southeast Health in 2016. Carlton received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Troy University in Troy. He earned his Masters of Science in Nursing from University of South Alabama in Mobile. In collaboration with the physicians at Southeast Health Westgate Clinic, Carlton works to help diagnosing and treating of acute and chronic illnesses. In his role, he strives to help patients live their healthiest lives.
