Here is what to expect:

• In Dothan, our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, and we are in the Doctors’ Building at 1118 Ross Clark Circle, Suite 500. The Enterprise location office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Friday, and we are in the Southeast Health Urology office of Southeast Health Enterprise Clinic at 101 Professional Lane.
• Please be prepared to pay your co-pay on the date of your appointment. If it is not paid, there will be a $10 billing fee that you will be responsible for.
• If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our staff as soon as possible prior to that time so that if needed, another patient may be scheduled in your appointment slot. If you cannot keep your appointment and do not cancel your appointment, there may be a $25 charge.
