Joshua Sterling Bentley, DO
Prior to joining Southeast Health NeuroSpine Center and Comprehensive Stroke Team, Dr. Bentley completed a fellowship in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery from the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Bentley received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in community health from Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. He also completed studies in neurosciences with minors in chemistry, psychology and gerontology at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his medical degree from A. T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, Mesa, Arizona. He completed his surgical internship at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center at Midwestern University and neurological surgery residency at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center at A.T. Still University, both are in Normal, Illinois.
Dr. Bentley and his wife, Darci, have two daughters. When he is not working, Dr. Bentley enjoys staying active by playing golf and basketball.
