Here is what to expect:

• Scheduling at Southeast Health Psychiatry is easy, anyone can make an appointment. A physician referral is not necessary unless your insurance plan requires it.
• If you have been referred by your primary care doctor or another specialist, the referring physician will make your appointment and share your medical records with us.
• If you are making your own appointment, we may ask you to complete a medical records release form to obtain your records from your physician.
