Sara Allen, CRNP is a native of Enterprise, Alabama. Sara is an advanced practice provider that received her Bachelor’s and Masters in Nursing from University of South Alabama in Mobile.
She has a diverse background in patient care experience as a CRNP, to include previously working at the Southeast Health Enterprise Clinic and its Internal Medicine team. In collaboration with the physicians at the Southeast Health Cardiovascular Institute, Sara works to help patients prevent a wide range of cardiovascular issues and strives to help them live their healthiest lives.
