Westgate Clinic Welcomes Dr. Phillips and Dr. Shingler
Southeast Health is pleased announce the addition of two local primary care physicians, Victoria R. Phillips, DO, Internal Medicine, and Ryan Shingler, DO, Family Medicine, to the Westgate Clinic.
Dr. Phillips, an Enterprise native, will be joining the clinic on December 1, 2024. Dr. Phillips is a graduate of the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) and she completed her internal medicine residency at Southeast Health Medical Center.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Troy University in Troy. She completed her Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Phillips comes to Southeast Health from Dothan Medical Associates.
Dr. Shingler, a native of Jakin, Georgia, will join the clinic on January 1, 2025. In addition to providing patient care at Wesgate Clinic he will join the faculty at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Shingler earned his Medical Degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia and he completed his family medicine residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a Biology emphasis from the University of Georgia in Athens. Dr. Shingler comes to Southeast Health from Fairview Clinic.
